Enhanced By Liv - Policies
By booking an appointment with Enhanced By Liv, you are agreeing to the following policies. Please review them carefully, as all policies apply regardless of circumstances, including illness, delayed flights for travelers, or the length of appointments.

Cancellation Fees:

48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
​
Lateness: Our schedule is designed to accommodate all clients in a timely manner. To ensure we stay on track, if you arrive 10 minutes late or more, you will be asked to reschedule, and a fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be applied. Thank you for understanding!

Extras in Our Studio: To maintain a focused and calm environment, extra guests and children are not permitted in the studio. Should you arrive with additional people, you will be kindly asked to reschedule, and a fee will apply.

Parking: Convenient street parking is available. Please note that the driveway is reserved and is not for public use.
Health: Your well-being is our priority. Please ensure you are in good health for your appointment. If you have any skin conditions or injuries near the area to be treated, kindly inform us in advance, as we may be unable to proceed with your treatment. If you arrive unwell, you will be asked to reschedule, and a fee will apply.

Courtesy Reminders: You will receive a text reminder 72 hours before your appointment and an email reminder 24 hours in advance. These reminders are provided as a courtesy; please mark your calendar to ensure you’re prepared.

Online Booking and Waitlist: Our schedule often books out 6–8 weeks in advance. If you cannot find a suitable time online, please let us know, and we can add you to our waitlist.
Card Capture: While we don’t require upfront payments, we securely capture card details upon booking. This ensures that we can apply any necessary fees in the event of a policy breach.

Studio Access: Enhanced By Liv operates as a council-registered, home-based studio. Clients are welcome in the treatment room and may use the bathroom upon request.
Breaches of any of these policies affect our small business significantly, and we appreciate your understanding. Should you have any questions about our services or policies, please reach out during our open hours.

Why do my card details need to be entered in?
As Part of Enhanced By Liv's policies , you're asked to enter your Card details when booking your appointment. Clients are unable to book without doing so.

Will my card be charged?
No cards are charged on our booking system, Unless you cancel your appointment inside of our 48 hour Cancellation Policy, OR if you breach one of Enhanced By Livs Policies.

What times are Available? All of our available times are visible through the booking system. However, if none are
suitable for you, we do have a Waitlist.
To join the wait list, simply click "No times that suit? Join the wait list". Enter the date/time and someone will be in touch if it becomes available.

Can I Change/Reschedule my Appointment online?
Yes! You can easily change or reschedule appointments online by clicking on your confirmation email and selecting "View or Change my Appointment".

What Appointment reminders will I receive?
Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive an email. All clients will also receive a text reminder 72 hours before their appointment and an e-mail reminder 24 hours before their appointment. Please remember this is a courtesy message. Please do not rely on this as your reminder of your appointment.

Where can I find Enhanced By Livs Polices?
Once you've requested an Appointment through our booking system, you will automatically be emailed or texted our Terms and Conditions which includes our Policies, for when you have an Appointment with us. We kindly ask our clients to read and sign this within 24 hours of it being sent, so we can accept your Appointment request! You can also find a ​copy of our Policies for 2024 at the top of this page.
